Congratulations to Lisa Silverthorne for her sale of "Music to Her Ears" to Prom Night, one of the Greenberg anthologies!

I slept in a little late today in order to "rest up" for ConFabulation. I'm looking forward to having a good time, and rubbing elbows with a other writers again.

I received another long, detailed rejection from Stan Schmidt of Analog yesterday. As I told him last year at San Antonio, I really hate that! I wouldn't mind so much if there was a check associated with it! Anyway, he had many encouraging things to say about the story, but didn't feel the science was firm enough for his magazine.

Alas... grin

My Confabulation agenda is as follows:- 10:00-11:00 Writing for editors: (I tag along with Tony Bryant)
- 3:00-4:00 First Sales and What to Expect
- 4:00-5:00 Warrior Mystic (which I guess is something having to do with fantasy stuff)

If you see me, grab me and let me know you read p e r s i s t e n c e.
