this is my journal ... i write it as i go ... it has typos ... it's not perfect ... but then ... neither am i April 23, 1998 5:15 a.m.           photo used with permission      The news of the day is that I have agreed to do a monthly column for SF Central, an on-line SF news magazine. My by-line will run the first of every month. I intend to write pieces that combine opinion and news in some format that is interesting to people who enjoy science fiction (Was that a "Well...Duh!"
