If this trip to Mammoth Cave is indicative of reality, never have truer words been spoken than those on the sidebar by Stephen Leigh.

We had a great time at Mammoth Cave. Took a couple tours, went swimming each night, did the hiking thing. Lisa and Brigid went horseback riding while I did a little winding down-time reading.

And in the process, I came away with about a billion ideas for stories--one of which I wrote this morning, a short 1600 word tale that I posted to the Compuserve IMPS as part of the massive IMP-ex #200 (the existence of IMPexs are a long story, but suffice to say I did #1, #50, #100, and #150, so I felt it important to do something for #200, also [grin]).

Anyway ... sorry for the fairly short entry after such a long time, but I've got a lot of catching up to do. See you tomorrow.

Have a great day.
