I've been delinquent in congratulating both Christopher Rowe for his second sale to Realms of Fantasy and Linda Dunn for her pair of sales to Millenium SF! Hearty well dones to both of you. Forgive me as I turn a little GREEN.

I was falling a little behind my plan for completing the novel rewrite by Worldcon, so I set my alarm for 15-20 minutes earlier than usual (something with a "3" in the front). Apparently it worked, as I've just had my most productive morning of the week, logging in at some 4,200 words.

Obviously, it helps that this is a rewrite, and that this is a segment of the book that really just needed line editing rather than major story modifications (as some of the earlier stuff did).

I'm looking forward to this weekend. I'm planning to plot the whole thing out with post-its on a wall in the basement (hope that's okay with you, Cutie? . . . get the idea that by beloved is hearing this for the first time at the same time as you are? I'll try to remember to tell her, but, ack . . . I'm rambling).

Anyway, I've got to get outta Dodge, here. My employer beckons, and I kinda like the regular paycheck.

Have a great day.
