this is my journal ... i write it as i go ... it has typos ... it's not perfect ... but then ... neither am i November 11, 1998 5:01 a.m.          The rewrite of "The Distant Wail of an Infant Awakened" is complete and awaits Lisa's rapier pen. In addition, the new version of the site nears completion. Barring unexpected issues, you can expect it to be released in another 5-7 days.      Between my cold (which does not seem to want to go away) and stuffing the new site into my process, my year's-end plan is a little out of whack.      I'll reassess after the site goes up. In the meantime, it's back to another new story. I'm determined to get through November, then start writing the second book of Garrick's adventure. So that part of the plan is going to remain intact if I have any say in it at all!      Other than that, there's just not much going on right now.
