It's really busy around here these days--the new position has taken off, and I'm pushing my writing, and . . . well . . . there are a few more changes coming around here. I'll drop specifics here as I know them. In the meantime, June came in like a lion, and it left about the same way. Yesterday, I received word that Steve Algieri, the editor of Pulp Eternity is going to publish "The Last Heartstone", which is a fantasy tale I wrote a bit ago. I'm very pleased, of course.   Went to see Forces of Nature with Lisa last night, so I'm draggin a little this morning. I thought the movie was a suprisingly good story, well put together and entertaining and funny. Really a much fuller "story" than Notting Hill from a structural perspective. But, rather than prattle on about other people's stories, I guess I should go put some serious time into my own.
