A Wave

For the first time in several weeks, I really caught a wave today. All the space-time diagrams and the reading of various stellar based stories and reference books started to click, and a few thoughts seemed to gel. I stuck the main character in a place to begin, and started going. I'm talking specifics and story plot points, not just the big picture orientation that I've been working on so far.

It was a very fun morning.

Between thinking and reading and finding specific reference information, it was only a 750 word morning--but these are the best 750 words I've written in a little while and I've got to say I'm walking a little lighter today.

Everything in my life goes better when I'm producing material that I enjoy.

If I have any talent at all, this one should be a really fine story.

I suppose I should be careful when I commit something like that to phosphors, huh?

Have a great day...
