New Worldcon info.

I'll be chatting online this coming Sunday morning at 10:15. Feel free to stop on by and see how things are going. You can find me at the onsite location or at the cybling location.

Busy, busy, busy.

One of the great things about Worldcon is that it's a chance to be away from the office for a few days. Of course, that's one of the bad things, too. My life works on a cycle anymore, and as long as my cycle is uninterrupted things are generally good. However, my cycle does not include a five-day convention in there.

Time has suddenly compressed.

So.

I spent most of the morning--usually prime writing time--cleaning up some stuff for work and preparing to drop it off on my way outta town. Not the most exciting thing to report in a writer's journal, but it's the truth ... and to be honest, it's some pretty cool stuff. Team building, business requirements, key things for understanding how to develop a tool that will actually do the job we want it to do. If you're into this world of merging code and business processes, it's hard not to be excited when it's pointed in the right direction.

Or, if you're like my mom you just smile, pick up the book you're reading, and move along. [grin]

I may be updating over the span of the con, and I may not be. It all very much depends on time and energy available! If I don't, see you next Tuesday. If I do ... well ... see ya then.

Have a great day.

Bring back the ol' 3 book contract, eh?
