Surfacing

So, I'm getting my pile of "Things to Do" pared down little by little.  Obviously, the new incarnation of the site is up--so I cleared a lot of the clutter that's been mucking up my desk. I've been through my short fiction manuscripts in an attempt to get them all back out the door (if appropriate) before April comes. One, I think, needs a little sprucing up, the others should be fine. So, I'll make an attempt to get them in the mail tomorrow, probably. Filed a couple of rejections. CD cases put back where they almost belong. Ballots sorted. Junk stuff in a single pile at the left corner. The desktop is almost functional again. It all makes me feel like spring is coming, you know?  You can almost hear him whistling, can't you? Daily Persistence is © Ron Collins |
