Quandary

I'm in a bit of a quandary right now. I'm prepared to start the real work of the second draft of this novel--reading it and story boarding it, and all that good stuff. But I'm also planning on being away all next week. So, I'm debating the proper approach for the rest of the week. Where I think I've fallen out is that I'll try to get a short story done over the next couple days, then maybe focus on the novel mark-ups while I'm traveling, then story board when I get back. Sounds like a plan, anyway.   Received a contract for "Parchment in Glass" from Analog this week. Did my normal modifications, and have it sitting in an envelope ready to go back. Have a great one.
