On Not Going

If you're just coming back from Philadelphia, and you wnat to catch up, I might suggest clicking on the five day digest version. I've been busy. [grin].


Have I mentioned how jealous I am of the folks who were at Worldcon this year? It was the first one I've missed since like ... 1996 or something. Sigh.

However, I'm glad I didn't go.

I wasn't ready, you see. Other than the fun of the convention, I don't think there was a whole lot for me to accomplish there this year. So instead of doing Worldcon, I managed to finish up a short story, worked on polishing a novel, and got a few other irons in the fire. In the end, I think working from home forwarded my career more than going to Worldcon would have.

Of course, I could be wrong ...


1/24/30: Day 4 Prepared "A Million Times Before" for submittal, and continued work on Glamour of the God-Touched.
