A quick One

Overall, this was another good day. I'm about ten pages shy of where I wanted to be in progress, but the dominoes are falling really well right now. I commented a few days ago that I had concerns that pages 200-300 were merely workmanlike in my last draft. Now I'm though the rework of 200-260, and I'm thinking that things are a lot tighter. If this area isn't singing, well, that sound is really close to a good hum. [grin]   We watched the Billy Wilder tribute last night and saw "Some Like it Hot." What an incredibly funny story. It stands as proof that sometimes we take this thing way too seriously. Sometimes you don't have to make everything totally plausible to have a really entertaining piece of work. Out of time today.
